formula exels to query access (1 Viewer)

I entered the excel formula into the access query, but I can't ... please help

I doubt an excel formula just pasted into a query, is going to work as it is?
Paste the formula and explain what it is meant to do.

i also made PI() function (from the net).
then i made your Query (query1).
