If you are reading this and you're in charge of more platforms or languages than just an access database, this thread can possibly point you to some good resources to get help from the experts in their disciplines. I have accounts on each one of these forums and I've started discussions in almost all of them. Rarely has there been a time that I did *not* get help from an expert in the subject matter I was asking about:

MS Excel: https://www.mrexcel.com/board/

PHP: https://forums.phpfreaks.com/ ; https://www.phphelp.com/

GMail: https://support.google.com/mail/community?hl=en

Google Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/community?hl=en

Google Android: https://support.google.com/android/?hl=en

Anything .NET related (e.g. SQL Server): https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/home

ASP.NET (language): https://forums.asp.net/

MS Office Products: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum ; https://www.msofficeforums.com/

MS Windows (all versions, 7 or later): https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hub/4338813/windows-help?os=windows-10

For almost *anything* software related, regardless of language: https://stackoverflow.com/

Hardware Issues (tech support help): https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/

Another site like Stackoverflow (almost any language covered): https://www.dreamincode.net/forums/

Wordpress: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

to the mods and Jon....if you think this will take away from your sites visibility, you can certainly remove this post. But I see no harm in it.

I have found many good answers with stackoverflow. However, I have really been turned-off by stackoverflow and the arrogance of many of those responding to questions posted.

LibreOffice works under both Windows and Linux. Questions related to solving LibreOffice issues can be found here on their form: Ask LibreOffice.

I would tend to agree with you Steve. I've only posted a few times on SO and the times that I did, I got very "hot headed" responses that made me feel like I was a stupid person asking a question too basic to belong there.

We also have sections for many of these products and most threads receive responses. Just something to point out.

I know that. The reason I started this thread was to point people to resources where the uber-experts lurk....the ones that have deep level knowledge of specific subject area. More than likely they are working for large corporations.
