i need to make my data show up in a graph.
the wizard doesnt help at all and i forgot my good access book...this one i have now is ************.

all i want to do is have a line graph showing both

CD4 count and VL
with the date along the bottom.

only real problem i can see is that the values for CD4 and VL are different so i want the graph to be a sort of square with one side at the top missing! the VL down one side and the CD4 count down the other, i want both lines to start from the left hand side too.

im on placement and dont know enough to be left on my own but not a single person here knows anything bout access!

sorry.
TA!

love to help but i never knew access could create graphs. i am on a placement too and have the same problem as you. That is nobody knows about access round me

its mad eh!! you want to see the sepc that they have given me!! god they need a proffesional in but i need this yr's wk placement to count towards my degree! it's just mad that they dont have anyone to help us eh! oh well never mind we will just have to get through it and this lots great! i have looked at all the graph related posts and it seems that i have my work cut out as far as access goes!
we will be ok and if you ever just need to talk about your placement or anything just private message me and ill get it sooner or later im on most days!:D

Hi Lyns

Graphs in Access are, how can I say? a bit basic.

I have found that the best way is to export the data or link the data from Excel and use the graphs in there, Excel graphs are much more flexible.

Whats all this "nobody loves me" lark? we all love you Lyns!! arn't you out with Hay tonight on the town?
