Any ideas why my chart is extending too far to the right on a certain select computer? This is NOT a consistent problem. The report/chart has proved very informative on 99 out of 100 computers. Normally, all data and all columns automatically size themselves and appear on a SINGLE page in the landscape layout. It is just this one computer that I am having problems with. This computer is running Windows XP and the database in an Access XP .mde database.
Symptoms
In the print preview, the report still indicates that it is a one(1) page report. However, in both the Print Preview and when the report is printed off, the number of columns in the chart expands beyond the visible borders on the report. This does not mean that there is a second page. Instead, it looks like the Chart BACKGROUND stretches beyond the margins of the report and the number of Chart Columns is 'clipped'.
I have tried...
- setting the orientation to landscape;
- setting both the "Can Grow" and "Can Shrink" properties to NO in the Details section of the Report;
- ensured there is plenty of left and right hand margin space on the report;
- ensured that the correct printer driver is set on these specific computers.
This is not a problem on any of the hundred other computers (98 all the way to XP) that I have installed this application on.
All suggestions would be welcomed.
Thanks
Pat
