GCSE Maths Question
Simply all you need to know is on the link - ie the question and if you watch the video an explanation of the answer.
There's nothing in there that should be too hard for a decent 15-16 year old or even younger in terms of the mechanics of solving it. Maybe the unusual question style for that level put them off.
Anyway - to see what us older folk have remembered/needed to remember..
