Question Gtalk

Does anyone of you know how to add the IM Gtalk to my database.
I have daily queries running and want to send ta IM to some employees when it is done for them to proceed with normal work.

Yes you can do it by email, but normally there are so many emails they will miss it.

I would also be nice if you can receive a answer back in a table.

Any Idea?

I've looked for a vba interface to the gtalk API but not found anything.
