hard code page size in report

I have a program that uses continuous label stock. The width of the label stock is always the same but depending on certain variables the hieght of the stock varies from 1.5 inches high to 12 inches high. I need to be able to specify in code what size i want the page to be so I can have my label printer cut the label the needed length at the end of each page. Does anyone know how to do this?
