Hard drive directory as data source

Hi there

I am wondering how (if) I can use access to keep track of files I have on my hard drive - especially music / movies etc.

I have a usb storage devise and its really annoying to manually have to sinc this with recent aquistions. If I can some how import / link to drives attached to my computer as a data souce this would be great.
