Hi all,
I am a new member. I am a retired professor of computer science, with some info tech and web design background as well. But I lack deep understanding of MS Access since I never taught that course. So I am happy to join the forum since I manage an Access cemetery database and website.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

As a home project for my grandsons, I am doing an Access-based genealogy database that takes data from Ancestry.COM's GEDCOM files. To say that the parsing required is interesting just doesn't quite seem adequately descriptive. Every now and then I run across burial site info. But to be honest, the only burial site info I care about is my own, for which the current status is "Unoccupied."
