Google sheets is very useful and fun, I use it to organize a lot of personal stuff and have used it occasionally for clients on business too. Can be easily downloaded to desktop Excel/Access, which makes it doubly useful! I also found AppSheet (appsheet.com) to be a pretty cool and nearly free way to make mobile apps from Sheets as a backend.
