I have been a programmer for 50 years, first in Cobol and Assembly language for mainframes. I learned C and Unix back in the 70s, and moved on to PCs near the end of the 70s.
I started the first computer club in Chicago in 1975 (called CACHE), and the first computer store in '79, but we were ahead of our time and it folded. It was named the "Itty Bitty Machine Company", and we got an official letter from IBM warning us to NEVER use "ibm" as a nickname.
I have used C++, VB and Access since Version 6 in '97, but never on significant projects. Now I have a couple of projects that I am using Access, and I have faced many challenges, so was glad to find this site.
I have Access 2010, and VStudio 2012. My questions have to do with linked forms, and controls, (and color codes).
