Just a stop to say hi. I'm the Database Administrator for a small insurance company, and I've only been here for three months and have been tasked with normalizing their ancient Access database into something actually useful. I've been doing alright so far, but now I'm trying to create functioning, detailed reports, and run into a bit of a snag.
