Help a Newbie

Hi:
I am a newbie in access...
I need to make a form that show all info by selecting the "Usuario/Estacion" record (no duplicates).. PLease someone help me. ?? I can't post it on a attachent (is too large.. 300k)

Without more info it's difficult to gauge where you're getting hung up. It sounds like you need a drop-down combo box or a list box which will let you choose records. (I'm assuming you got far enough to set up your form and can see your records, right?) In Design View of your Form, make sure the Wizard Controls button is selected on your Toolbox, and then find the button for "Combo Box" or "Listbox", whichever you prefer. Access will take you through the steps.

W/r/t attaching your database for some peer review - to make your database smaller, go to Tools->Database Utilities->Repair and Compact...your database "give up" all the extra space it's consumed through development. Then put a copy in a zip file and post it!
