Help: Calendar form/report with data displayed for each date?

Hello,

I am new to this site and love what I see so far. I am looking for a calendar form template that can display data from a table/query as well as have a checkbox linked to a field in a table. Can anyone point me in the right direction or help me with this.

Hi. I am not yet familiar with what's available here, but you could take a look at the UtterAccess Code Archive for some sample calendar/appointment/event calendars.
