Help-can it be done?

I am making a database to keep track of employee work times. What my superiors would like is for employees to type in their employee ID number and when they enter it they are sent to a form to put in time information. They would also like it if the form automatically have the employee name on it after they enter the ID. How would I go about doing this?

Because, what I have done, employees dont even have to submit their employee I.D., Time In, and Time Out information. This all can be done automatically without wasting time inputing that information

well you can use Environ("Username") to extract the windows user and log that in your DB. Much more secure than using the employee number as anyone can insert that any time anywhere.
