help combine records

Hi,all
There are 3 records of my table:
DID DNom DBr DF1 DF2 DF3 DF4 DF5 DF6 DF7 DF8 DF9 DF10
38 103 10 12 22 21 33 33
39 103 7 9 99
40 103 10 20

/"DBr" shows how fields should fill/

I want combine these 3 records to one record. What i need to do ?
DID DNom DBr DF1 DF2 DF3 DF4 DF5 DF6 DF7 DF8 DF9 DF10
38 103 10 12 22 21 33 33 7 9 99 10 20

You need to normalise your database. You need to loose fields like DF1-DF10. What if there is a DF11?
When you have fixed this, you don't have these problems.
Your table should look (more or less) like this:
DNom DF
103 10
103 12
103 22
e.t.c.

Thx, but... there are some forms, queres, reports based on exist table already. I want not change table's structure, just reduce records (with identical DNom). I cannot explain more clear ...(poor english). I'll try with excel..

I don't think there is an easy solution. You need to code it together.

No, I think have not..I am sure I have not...but I am ..untiring

Is this something you will need to do regularly or just once? Does it matter which values are mapped to to the DFXX fields?
