Question Help, I'm in a State!

I'm trying to paste in a report from one database to another, but even though I'm the only one in either it says it can't. That it has been place in a state by user etc. on machine etc. by it's me it's talking about. I've tried closing and rebooting my machine but it makes no difference, I don't understand how I can be locking myself out, can anyone please help.

Check in the source folder for the ldb file and if there try and delete it manually. Then retry.

Also check that the database does not have to be opened exclusively.

have you tried importing the report into the new database instead of copying and pasting?

Ok go into the offending mdb and try exporting the report to another database.
