Help me !!! DB died!!

Hello,
I dont know what happend!! the IS department actualy messed everything up!!!! They did something with the server and now my databeases give me this error!!!


The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time. (Error 3197)


I tried to repair the database but gives me the same error. I also tried to import all the objects to a new DB and also get the same error!!!

Help me!! what do I do!! I have no back, the back up does the samething!!! I have to have this running soon!! this generates reports for the Tax Collectors office and if is gone am DEAD!!

Also, have you tried moving the db to another computer. This
might be a s/w driver issue.
