Help Needed im pullin hair out

I run a small trucking company. I need to create form tha will draw inf from 5 table 1-orders(need to be pr key for form )
2-customers 3-pick up del locations 4-assigned carrier 5-assigned driver 6-customs info. Ok i can get quierys to bring up the corresponding info but only 1 field ie: i can get forms to fill in the field based on quiery of the cust table , but only for 1 tex/label/combo field . ie i can record on the form the customer code only>>>HERES MY QUESTION. I need to have on the 1 order form all the customer info name,address,phone etc, and the same for the other tables pick up info delivery info complete with address and phone # from my tables . I know it can be done , im sure ive done it before, i cant afford to paysomeone as im just 3 months into new business ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECiated

Thanks to the help from the thread and the replys from this post , i had the data bases but was swapping forms all the time to see data i found this code on your site to bring it all together [customer].column(1) haha boy how easy one forgets stuff like that when away fro mdb for a while>thanks all
