Help Please *updated*
ok since noone seems to know i will try and explain better.
as a vehicle enters the storeage lot. it is given a historyID#, then we record the following information.
vehicle actual number (not auto-number)
destination
status
time stamped
notes
the form has an outbound combobox that will search the table for any vehicle act # that doesn't have a timestamp in the outbound column. up to here works fine.
what im having trouble with is when i try to select the vehicle number i want to add a time stamp in the outbound column of that va# and requery so that the vehicle is nolonger in the outbound combo.
please help im really in need here .... thank you very much for your time
