hi

i have a tables called
tblstaff, tblexternal, and tblstudent

if the external person or staff member is a supervisor i need this in anothe table to give them a supervisor id eg
EXTER09 for externel supervisor
INTER09 for staff Supervisor

this then needs to be linked to the students table who have 3 supervisors (Director od studies, 1st, and 2nd )
can anyone help please please

hi pat i only did the other thread because this one wasnt on the list for some reason i thought i had done something wrong so i posted it again sorry for annaoying everyone i didnt mean it thanks for your reply i relly appreciate it
