Help!

I'm trying to past a large amount of data into a tabel and I keep getting a message that tells me that I need to change my lock in the registry using "Regedit.exe" it says my default is 9500 - but I need to past 25000 records!

Can someone please help?

Not sure about the registry error for I have never seen it but you could just import the data from the Excel file into your Access table.
