Hi
I have worked in the IT industry since August 1974.
I have been an IT Manager since March 1989.
Since August 2006 I have been retired due to ill health, this has effected my memory and I find it difficult to remember many things that I use to do without thinking. I still enjoy using my computers and use my knowledge to help friends and family with their computers.
I have always worked in a commercial environment project managing new commercial applications integrated with Microsoft Office tools. I also have experience in developing applications using Powerhouse 4GL programming language on a Unix mini computers. Over the years I have managed a multi server, multi Location environment based on Novell and Microsoft servers, In 2003 we moved our main applications from a unix enveronment to an SQL Server database environment.
Could I do it all now?, no way!, would I like to do it, you bet!
How did I get here, well I thought I would write an Access 2013 database to manage my home accounts / budgets ( I Have a full Office 2013 )
Just a minute, how do you use Access ???:banghead:
