I'm an Access 2000 developer who has finally moved up to 2010. I am trying very hard to NOT curse Microsoft everytime I cannot find a familiar function in their *ribbon*. :banghead:

Welcome and, as has been talked about in many places, it is far easier for someone with no MS Office experience to learn the newer versions than it is for those who have used Office 2003 and prior to learn the newer versions. With those who have used the prior versions, the difficulty lies in that you knew where things were but someone moved the cheese.

It really becomes quite nice after a while of using it. You tend to find that things have been grouped more logically than they really were before. But, as is with any change, it takes time and effort to get past the initial shock.

This forum is a good example. I hit F1 to look up some info, and I am routed here instead of looking at a table of prefixes. lol
