I have inherited a database developed in Access 2007. I am not too familiar with 2007 yet. There are a number of tables in the database that have the same situation in which when you look at the design of the table there are 20 fields indicated. When you look at the datasheet view there are only 6 fields displayed.

What happened to the other 14 and how is this achieved?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated as I have not seen this before

Cheers

Try highlighting all the columns then right click do you get an option to unhide columns?

Another test is to trry and create a query based on all the fields in the table. Do you see all fields in fields list?

Thanks Dave

Didn't know you could hide columns. Now I see that it is a function in Access
