Hide the database window

Hi all,
What is the way to hide the database window ( which contains the tables,forms, queries etc..) ?
I don't want the user to have access to it.
I'm sorry if this question is a bit too basic, but I just can't find the way to do it.

If you open an mdb while holding down a <SHIFT> key, the startup code is bypassed including what you have done on the Startup screen.
