Hiding subreports containing no data

I'm running report where some data points require information to be displayed in a subreport.

However, where there is no data to display, the area occupied by the subreport take us space (read: leaves big chunks of blank space) on the report.

Is there a way to "Can shrink" or "hide" blank (data less) subreports?
