Highlighting Has Gone Kaput

Hi -

I've asked this before, with no responses. Figured I'd give it another try.

Working on a Toshiba laptop, using XP, the feature that allows one to
step thru a function and place the cursor over a defined value, which is
then highlighted and displayed does not work. Makes troubleshooting more than a little difficult.

Since the same happens with both A97 and A2003, I highly suspect that this is a Windows,
rather than an Access, problem. Nonetheless, I'd love to hear from someone who's run into this
problem, and successfully solved it.

i think this may stop working after a program crash, bob

access loses all? its context/variable values i think, after an unhandled error

on the other hand a break in normal runtime just enables you to carry on line by line, and everything should work ok.
