Hours, minutes and seconds

I am building a database that will calculate phone time for an employee. The problem I'm having is that I can't insert hours, minutes and seconds ie 09:30:23
This data comes from a spreadsheet and is imported to Access to a table but the PhoneTime is not displayed
Has anyone got any ideas
Please help

Check the datatype on you field and make sure it is set to date/time. If you have set as a number of some sort it will change your data to fit the datatype.

I have tried that but will only show the time ie 9:00 AM. Thanks anyway

Do the above, but in the format box change to Long Time this will display hours, minutes and seconds!
