'Hover' text should stay open (1 Viewer)

When browsing through posts the descriptive text window would be far more useful if it stayed open - at least long enough for one to read it thoughtfully! Would really appreciate as it would avoid having to open the post just to see if it's what one is looking for. Thanx

If you move the mouse while you're hovering, it stays open.

Hover text stays open, at least as long as I could stand to wait for it to disappear. No moving the mouse required. I browse with the latest Firefox.

It is browser dependent.
It stays open in Firefox and for much longer in Chrome than IE.
Also it opens again very easily in Chrome with a small mouse movement while IE is reluctant to oblige without moving right off the thread and back on again.
