How can I synchronise my Access DB with another?

I would like to synchronise a form in my Access DB with data from another form in another DB. Apart from copying and pasting the relevant field data in table view, is there any way I can do this by sychronisation on a cyclical basis?

This would save me a lot of time as there is a lot of data to sychronise.
