Question How do I restore my Full Menus (switchboard)?

Access 2003.
(However, the top of the screen displays "2000 file format - multiusers site).

I installed a switchedboard on a simple database.

I now no longer have full menus and cannot for instance see the SQL behind my queries.
The top of my screen only gives the options
"File Window Help".

How do I restore my full menus?

Try holding down shift key while opening the DB.

Thanks Henkus,

I had already tried holding the shift key but it did not work.

I solved the problem by creating a new database and importing all the tables , forms etc.
