This is but cosmetic makeup, coating to candy. You need to focus more on its functionality and usefullness.

My example app definitely works in that it does exactly what its intended to do.
But you would need to see if the features can be adapted for your needs.

You might also be able to use the ideas in this example app ...but once again you need to adapt to your own requirements
