In two words.... You can't.

You can however distribute it as a runtime version, so that the receipient does not need Access installed.

They will need the Access runtime, either 2007 or 2010 which are both free from Microsoft.

They allow you to open and run Access databases, but you cannot create any new objects.

Thank you!So i suppose the only thing i can do is to cinvert the .mdb file into .mde. How can I do that with Access 2007?

It is on the Database Tools ribbon. If you start with an mdb it will offer to make an mde. It you have an accdb it offers an accde which is the 2007 equivalent.
