I am new to Access, and am helping a non-profit set up a database system to track the clients that they assist.

Because I'm only in their office once a week, I am doing much of the work at home.

In between my visits to the office, the volunteers at the non-profit enter data into the tables I have set up for them.

I want to be able to do the following:

Make updates/changes to forms, reports from home
Make updates/changes to table structures from home

Take the changes to the non-profit office and upload the changes without overwriting the new data they may have entered into the existing tables since my last visit.

Suggestions?

Does it matter if I work with Access 2007 at home and 2002 in the office?

It will work OK provided you don't use any functions that come after A2002. Also don't use Early Binding but use late Binding instead.
