Solved How to figure out if a given year is a leap year

For the curious:

Interesting indeed since by the "three-part" rule the year 3200 should NOT be a leap year (divisible by 400). I suggest we meet here again on the indicated date, ? IsDate("2/29/" & "3200") , and discuss it to see if we can figure out why it did that.

Sorry but that’s incorrect.
3200 is a leap year as it’s divisible by 400.
