How to find the forms you have created?

hi.

I'm using access 2007, I have created queries and forms and I have saved them, however when I open access 2007 and try to look for them I just can't figure out what I'm supposed to do to open forms and queries previously created, could somebody please guide me?

Hitting F11 should open up the database window along the left side.
