Nanscombe: Thanks for your suggestion, it works exactly you mentioned however it would not solve my problem i dont want pop up forms.

Nigel: there may be number of softwares for creating various screens and objects in Access but i had already completed entire database and required programming. I just need to hide control button by using some Access or VBA facility. Thanks for your suggestion i would try it in another project
