Question how to password protect Design View

Hi i am using access 2007 on windows 7, i need to know how to password protect design view from other users so they can't edit my code. I work for a company so i still need them to be able to use everything else but not the design view and i also would like to not use accde because i would like to be able make changes there and then without hassle. Basically i want a user level security like that on 2003.
