As of the Windows Update made by may 10, 2016, older version of MS Access was stopped working. (Likely MS don't want backward compatibility!)
I have two identical computers running Windows 8.0 (or 8.1) and now Office 2000 and Access is working on both of these. Likely, it will be the key to make antique versions of Access to run in Windows 10.
Computer 1:
Re-install Office 2000 = error remain.
Install Visual Studio Community 2015 = error was fixed!
Computer 2:
Install Visual Studio Community 2015 = error remained.
Re-install Office 2000 = error was fixed!
