How to secure my BE?

Hi guys,

I am finding a way to secure my BE on the server, sooner or later they will find a way to extract information w/o the use of my application and will cause more problems.

I tried to put a PW on the BE but everytime I connect on the BE it prompts me a PW, sorry I am a newbie.

your help is much appreciated.

cant they do it anyway, - cant they see the tables directly from the front end if they really wanted to

they can't coz I disable the shift, menu's, toolbar etc.

hi there

deleate the links to the talbes in the front end.
then password the backend (database password)
then link the front end back to the back end (you will be asked for the password while it relinks.
then front end will send password to open the backend automaticly.
