how to track if someone made changes in forms

Hi Experts,

I have small program with login screen. I would like to track when a user logged in into the program and what editing he/she made in the records.

Basically, you create a table and store all the data that is changed by the user. (You will have to call the function in all the forms as you see en the link above)
