I am attempting to write an access database to use on the above website. I am watching some videos on Bing to help me do that, however, I got stuck once I had to use Access 2007 feature of Create<Navigation but my Access 2007 does not have Navigation, so i'm stuck. Does that make any sense? I'm not sure where to go from there.

It also doesn't have the Web feature. Am I using the old Access and what can I do to the current one to improve it or do I have to buy a new one?
