How do you put VBA in for a table, well for a value in a table? I'm used to using VBA in excel but I just started using access and I don't know anything about it. Meaning how do u get to where vba is put in? B/c what I am trying to do is have a table that has a number for every record that is made and that # has to start on 1680 and increment 1 # for every record & it cant be messed with but it has to show. Ya see what it is for is we have a PO# Bill Of Lading in excel and I'm trying to make it in access b/c I was told it would be easier in there. I hope i explained what I need good enuff.

You have the correct answer in your other thread. Did you try it?
