I now think B Obama is the best choice for America and the world

When compared with current law, people earning $20,000-$50,000 a year will see their effective tax rates -- the amount of money the taxpayer actually ends up paying the government -- increase on average under Obama’s plan ...

Most households making $30,000-$75,000 will not see a reduction in their taxes under Obama’s plan relative to current law. In fact, the only strata that will see a majority of its effective tax burden reduced under Obama are those making less than $30,000 per year and those making $75,000-$200,000 per year.

Oh, now that's not what Asherbuck's chart (see http://www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums/showpost.php?p=767605&postcount=28 which points to http://waternoice.com/wp-content/uploads/obamastaxplan.gif) says. Obviously one of you is wrong.

So what I post is lies and what you post is not? HA! don't make me laugh. There's enough bullshi@ in here for both of us baby.
Here are your lies, enumerated for clarity:
Lie 1: Obama's tax plan is going to hurt working people.
Lie 2: Acorn is involved in voter fraud.

Care to list mine?
And don't call me baby.

Got a lot on my mind

No Bob, their stuff is FACT. You should see all the good charts and real live references to non-partisan sources.

However, Obama said with his mouth that he was going to take money away from anyone who earns $250K a year and spread the wealth around (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vFC9jv9jfoA).

Just like I thought, you couldn't list any.

What's the point. You aren't going to believe a single word I say and I'm not going to believe a single word you say. So it is just a battle of words back and forth (just like all the crap here in this area).

How many working people do you know that net over 250k per year?
By working, I do not mean, working as a CEO, but actually WORKING.

If you increase taxes/costs for the very high income people it is the "working people" who pay for it.

If I employ you and are about to give you a pay rise but my tax rate is increased, guess what happens to your pay rise.

Tax is an integral part of the cost of any product.

You often talk about having free health care. The only way that could be done is if the nurses, doctors and everyone else who works within the health industry does so for free.

To the contrary, the last 30 years have thouroughly discredited your trickle down theory. You can keep repeating it for the next 30 years, but that won't make it any more true.

And I have never talked about having free health care. I have talked about how we should make health care accessible and affordable for everyone. But I have never talked about making it free.

Re: What a bunch of hooey.

Keep going, if you keep it up, you may get through half of their lies by midnight.

Ooooh, what a comeback. Your precious Obama is like full of lies as well. So, who cares ... we'll get screwed either way. Only we'll be less screwed without OSAMA (I mean Obama).

You forget that the two major parties in countries like America and Australia are both about socialism.

As to "trickle down" that is all you can have. I employ 3 people, all good people. However, they all have one thing in common and that is they are "employee types". Nothing wrong with that but as an employee they only gain from "trickle down". They need me to generate the situations that produce income. If it is not me than it will be another employer.

As to health care you have two choices:

1) Earn more money

2) Stay as you are and hope that some politician will move things around so as you get a nibble at the pie.

In my opinion, if someone can't work due to disability/health problems or age then they should get full health care and on the same basis as someone who fully pays. (We use to have that system in Australia until 1972 and the Labor party gained power and etc etc)

If you can work then you pay.

If choose to work in a low income job that is fine but you can't have your cake and eat it.

I must say I've come close and am not a CEO and I have always "worked". My hope is to exceed that amount one day, and yes, to work, regardless of what my title is at the time.

I'm not sure what you think a CEO does. The ones I've had the privilege of serving under were very hard working people.
