We're having odd April weather this morning. Snow flurries this morning with temps in the low 30's this morning and tomorrow morning. Then wed it's supposed to shoot back up into the 70s![]()

No , the house is build with bricks with stucco over it.Is it stucco over a wood framing?
Yep, I know that material. I built a sound studio recently and added lameply ( water resistant OSB) on the floor.
