Import text file with Unicode characters?

I have attached a text file called Acoustic.txt which has a list of guitar manufactures and some of the characters have grave accent marks or other special symbols. I can import the data into Access but the characters get mangled in the process. What is the best way to import this data without losing the original character encoding when viewed in the table?

Hi. During the import process, click on the Advanced button and select the correct code page.
