When importing excel spreadsheets to access, I am getting the message subscript it out of range. What do I need to do in order for the spreadsheet to be imported?

What is subscripted? Access imports don't automatically use a subscript. Excel doesn't call itself subscripting, either. So what is subscripted that you have created?
If we can figure out why Access thinks you have a subscriptable item, that is a big part of the problem.

Is it possible that you are trying to get an array of values, rather than a single value? The problem probably lies with Excel, not Access (unless you can program the request correctly through VBA).
Without knowing exactly what you are trying to import (do the sheets contain arrays, for instance), it is difficult to diagnos your particular problem. What type of data are you trying to import?
