not to get too off topic but dont u think that the Duke Lacrosse players deserve an apology from these 2? If u recall when this whole ordeal started they SLAMMED the players, who have had the charges dropped against them!

Absolutely. Do I think they stand a chance of getting one? Absolutely not. Someone would have a better chance of making monkeys fly than wrangling an apology out of either of those two.

Hi, Mrs. Gorilla.

Radical atheists, like all other radicals, are to be avoided. The "normal" atheists merely avoid church and make rude comments about religion. The radical atheists burn the churches down and confiscate Bibles from the library to use them for personal ablution - probably in preference to Sears catalogs. So, yes, even atheism taken to a radical level is a bad thing.

As someone with a blue face, I'd just like to say how upsetting I find constant stereotyping of this sort. I've only ever used my flying monkeys to run errands and the like, never to 'get' anyone, pretty or otherwise.

This post was extremely offensive and I'd like to know where I can go to claim my compensation?

There's that tired old rehtoric again against the poor of America.
In anycase surely since one of the best American presidents of all time (god bless Bill Clinton) surely welfare is now limited to 5yrs in a lifetime? kinda makes that tired old sock redundant, doesn't it?

Oh, what a wonderful world it would be if that five-year limit were true. But Bill Clinton messed that up, too. And the religious right is working on all sorts of faith-based initiatives that IMNSHO should NEVER be funded by taxpayer dollars. (OK, in case you asked.... IMNSHO is IMHO with "not so" added in the appropriate place.)

Bill Clinton didn't know how to fix welfare. Hell, he didn't even know what to do with expensive cigars. What a waste. But then, I guess it was necessary to dispose of the evidence. Gives a whole new meaning to the old euphemism "hauling ashes."

Its not athiests that are the problem - its the hypocritical christians that are worse. They make out they're so good and holy but only on sundays, they their cause no good.

Naturally, since you know I'm a Christian you are including me in that statement. Besides which, we were talking about radical Atheists and radical Christians, not the ordinary folk.

Uh-oh looks like someone's going to get their arms pulled off

What actually defines a Christian radical? I'm not sure I've heard of the term.

I don't know if there is an official definition per se, but I always just think of them as those who blow up abortion clinics or people like the Phelps knuckleheads in Kansas and their ilk. Nutjobs, basically. :D

Cindy - I said hypocritical christians, that is not all. Actually, I was thinking of someone else.
