Insert binary data from other table

HELLO ALL

I HAVE TWO TABLES
ONE IS NAMED "A" AND OTHER IS "B"

I HAVE TWO FIELDS IN BOTH TABLES THAT IS
"EMPID" AND "IMAGE 1"

FIELD EMPID IS FILLED WITH DATA IN BOTH TABLES BUT FIELD IMAGE 1 IS EMPTY IN TABLE "B"

PLS HELP ME HOW CAN I INSERT DATA OF IMAGE 1 FIELD INTO TABLE "B" FROM TABLE "A" , WITH SAME EMPID

Don't do this.
It is not necessary.
Use table A where you need this information.

i need it beacuse table contains less data but table updated with latest data but not with binary data


so i want it

pls give me solution if it is possible

can i do it in reverse i mean
data from data table b to tabel a

if it is possble pls tell me how

Not sure, but a Make Table query should solve the problem.
Of course, after you obtain the new table you should redesign your DB so... Why to not use a query NOW ? A query that collect data from both tables ?!?!

now i have another prob.. when i copied binary data to other table.
it says error 3004 , fail to write...

what the prob.. i can's get
